    As we transition seasons, let's unite to appreciate one another and embrace mindfulness. In the upcoming six weeks, we will offer gentle prompts for compassion, partake in exercises to enhance mindfulness, and nurture curiosity and gratitude in the face of life's obstacles. Together, we will learn how to blend these attributes into our daily routines and interactions. Our adventure will involve connecting with our senses, engaging in movement, and observing the mind with compassion.
